EVENING MENU AT HUKS FLUKS

Experience an evening at Huks Fluks on Gråbrødretorv – with tapas, wine and Southern European vibes in the heart of Copenhagen. Our evening menu features shareable dishes and bistro favourites such as steak tartare, moules frites and our house speciality, grilled Pluma Ibérico. Choose freely from the menu or let the kitchen curate a seasonal tasting menu. At Huks Fluks, dinner is relaxed, social and full of flavour.

HOUSE SPECIALTY: IBERIA BLACK-FOOTED HAM

Our Pata Negra hangs from the ceiling and is sliced only when you order.
Each slice is filled with the deep, nutty flavor that only comes from patience and true craftsmanship.

Cebo (24 months) – 40 g · 100 kr.

Matured for two years – soft, rounded and nutty in taste.

Bellota (36 months) – 40 g · 150 kr.

From acorn-fed pigs, matured for three years – intense and complex with a long finish.

Onion soup — 85 kr.
With caramelized onions, white wine and thyme, gratinated with bread and cheese.

Quiche Lorraine Végétarienne — 110 kr.
Vegetarian quiche with eggs, caramelized onions, mushrooms, spinach, leeks, and cheese, served with a side salad.

Mushrooms a la Creme — 155 kr.
Seasonal mushrooms sautéed in butter, cream, shallots, and fresh parsley.


Smoked Salmon — 105 kr.
Smoked salmon with ryebread croutons and smoked cheese cream. Served with sourdough bread.

Löjrom — 190 kr.
Swedish vendace roe on crispy sourdough with crème fraîche, red onion, chives, and lemon.

Tartare Savoie — 125 kr. / 165 kr.
Beef tartare with cornichons, egg yolk, and crispy pommes pailles. Served with or without French fries.

Pluma Iberico — 235 kr.

House speciality: Grilled Pluma Iberico with Pimientos de Padrón and Mojo Rojo sauce. Served with French fries.

Steak Bearnaise — 245 kr.

Grilled beef fillet with béarnaise sauce, French fries, and seasonal greens.

Confit de Canard — 275 kr.

Duck leg confit with red cabbage, small potatoes and duck sauce.

Huks Fluks burger — 180 kr.
Beef patty, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheddar, and dressing. Served with French fries and aioli.
